This release is free, with no advertising, sponsorship, donations or promotion of paid consultations or services. If this scope changes, the terms and privacy information will be reviewed before the change is implemented.
Scope of this release
This release makes the calculator, dietary materials and general sample menus available to healthcare professionals with visible limitations and notices. Menus are not ready-to-issue plans: foods, portions, timing and texture require review and individualisation to the person’s needs, tolerance, age, disease phase and treatment. They do not replace advice from their doctor or dietitian. Internal QA, internal methodology and the study are unavailable. The website does not provide consultations, diagnosis or autonomous prescribing.
Information and responsibility
The project description does not establish clinical validation or regulatory authorisation for the tools under development. You can report errors through the contact channel. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that apply under the law.
Intellectual property and licences
Rights in original contributions and third-party materials must be distinguished. Dietary illustrations are AI-generated images or photographs owned by the author; they do not represent certified portions or textures. The photograph of Alejandro Hernández Camba was supplied by him for this website; rights remain with their respective holders and no permission to reuse it is granted here. External libraries, fonts, reference tables and other resources retain their own licences and attribution requirements. This notice does not revoke previously granted licences or restrict uses permitted by law. To reuse material, check the licence for the specific version or ask the author; this notice does not grant a new licence for the entire project.

The project is published on personal initiative, free of charge, with no advertising, sponsorship, donations or promotion of paid services; on the stated facts it is not presented as an economic activity. If that scope changes, identification duties must be reviewed before the change. There is no hospital representation or endorsement and no hospital address is used. Registration of the work and calculator with the Intellectual Property Registry is voluntary and may provide qualified evidence, but it is not required for copyright to arise or for publication; it does not establish rights in third-party materials.
Study closed
The study remains closed in this release: the application does not create new study sessions or cookies and does not accept new study participation or submissions. This does not delete data or cookies that may remain from earlier versions; they require separate management.
